MDBC participates in NTIA Mapping Program
Under a grant from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the MDBC will be performing broadband data collection and mapping activities for the state of Maryland. Additionally, the MDBC has been designated the official NTIA entity for the state of Maryland. NASA/Wallops Flight Facility
The 144-strand fiber optic network segment Wallops Flight Facility in Wallops, VA to the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD is operational and providing a northbound 100MB route for data and communications.
